Terms of use
Bookvion provides transfer operations, a customer portal, a driver app, pricing, route tracking and notification workflows on one platform. Every user of the platform is deemed to accept these terms.
Service provider

Account and access
User accounts may act according to their company, role and assigned permissions. The user and their company are responsible for keeping account information accurate and preventing unauthorized access.
Operations records
Transfer, passenger, route, price, driver, vehicle and payment records are kept for operations tracking. They may be retained for legal obligations, audits, dispute resolution and service continuity.
Use of the service
The platform must not be misused or used to violate third-party rights through inaccurate data. Bookvion reserves the right to restrict or suspend suspicious use to protect security and service quality.
