Bookvion processes the data required to run transfer operations and protects it according to authorization, security and applicable legal principles.
Types of data processed
Account, company, user, passenger, transfer, route, vehicle, driver, payment, notification and support records may be processed to provide the service.
Location data
Driver location should only be used for operations tracking, route visibility and safety. Location policies tied to working time and active transfers operate together with company settings and app permissions.
Data sharing
Data may be shared on a limited basis with the user’s company, authorized operations users, the customer portal and technical service providers required to deliver the service.
Account and data deletion
Users may send account and related data deletion requests to support@bookvion.com. Records subject to legal retention requirements may be kept for a limited period.
