Types of data processed
Account, company, user, passenger, transfer, route, vehicle, driver, payment, notification and support records may be processed to provide the service.
Location data
Driver location should only be used for operations tracking, route visibility and safety. Location policies tied to working time and active transfers operate together with company settings and app permissions.
Data sharing
Data may be shared on a limited basis with the user’s company, authorized operations users, the customer portal and technical service providers required to deliver the service.
Account and data deletion
Bookvion Ops users can permanently delete their login account and associated personal data in the app by opening Profile > Account and Privacy > Delete My Account. Users who cannot sign in may submit a request through the account deletion support page. Company records subject to legal or operational retention may be separated from the personal account and retained for a limited period.
